Welcome to Visual Vibes. By accessing and using our website and services, you agree to comply with the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. General

  • The website Visual Vibes provides custom poster printing and delivery services.

  • By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate personal details such as name, contact number, delivery address, and payment information.

  • We reserve the right to update, modify, or change these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

2. Products & Services

  • All products sold on Visual Vibes are customized based on the images and designs uploaded by customers.

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring they have the rights to use and upload any image/design submitted.

  • Colors, shades, and print results may vary slightly due to screen resolution, printer output, and material differences.

3. Pricing & Payments

  • Prices listed on our website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes (unless mentioned otherwise).

  • Payment methods:

    • Prepaid (Online Payment via Razorpay/UPI/Card/Net Banking) – Delivery charge ₹40.

    • Cash on Delivery (COD) – Delivery charge ₹80.

  • Visual Vibes reserves the right to modify pricing or charges at any time.

4. Delivery

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and delivered within 4–7 business days (depending on location).

  • Delivery charges and policies are detailed in our Delivery Policy.

  • Visual Vibes is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, weather, strikes, or unforeseen circumstances.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • Customers can request a return within 7 days of delivery, subject to conditions mentioned in our Return & Refund Policy.

  • Custom orders cannot be returned due to "change of mind" or "personal dislike."

  • Refunds (if approved) will be processed within 5–7 business days after verification.

6. Cancellations

  • Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of placing the order, provided printing has not started.

  • Once printing/processing begins, cancellations are not allowed.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All content on our website (text, images, logos, designs, etc.) is the property of Visual Vibes.

  • Customers are not allowed to use, reproduce, or distribute any content without prior permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • Visual Vibes shall not be liable for:

    • Minor variations in color, size, or design.

    • Customer-uploaded images with low quality or copyright issues.

    • Delays in delivery caused by third-party courier services.

9. Governing Law

  • These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India.

  • Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh.

  Visual Vibes – Return & Refund Policy At Visual Vibes , customer satisfaction is our top priority. We take utmost care in printing and delivering your custom posters and products. However, if you are not fully satisfied with your order, you may request a return or replacement as per the conditions below. Eligibility for Returns Customers can request a return within 7 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return: The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
