Visual Vibes – Return & Refund Policy
At Visual Vibes, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We take utmost care in printing and delivering your custom posters and products. However, if you are not fully satisfied with your order, you may request a return or replacement as per the conditions below.
Eligibility for Returns

Customers can request a return within 7 days from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

Proof of purchase (order ID, invoice, or payment receipt) is required.

Returns are accepted only for:

Wrong product delivered.

Damaged or defective product.
-
Printing error (not matching the design submitted).

⚠️ Note: Since our posters and products are custom-made as per your uploaded images/designs, returns due to "change of mind" or "personal dislike" will not be accepted.
Return Process

Photos of the product showing the issue

Our support team will verify your request within 24–48 hours.

If approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup (if available in your area) or request you to ship the item to our return address.

Once we receive and inspect the product, we will process your replacement or refund.
Refunds

Refunds (if applicable) will be initiated within 5–7 business days after receiving and verifying the returned product.

Refund will be made to the original payment method (Prepaid orders).

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refund will be processed via bank transfer or UPI after confirmation.
Non-Returnable Items

Customized posters or products that match the customer’s uploaded design and were delivered correctly.

Items damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or incorrect storage by the customer.

Any product returned without prior approval.
