Visual Vibes – Delivery & Shipping Policy

At Visual Vibes, we are committed to delivering your customized posters and products safely and on time. Please read our delivery terms carefully:

Order Processing

  1. All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

  2. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, processing starts once the order is confirmed via call/WhatsApp/email.

  3. Customized products may take slightly longer depending on design and printing requirements.

Delivery Time

  1. Standard delivery within India usually takes 4–7 business days after dispatch.

  2. Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location, courier service availability, and external factors (weather, holidays, strikes, etc.).

  3. Customers will receive tracking details on their registered email/WhatsApp once the order is shipped.

Shipping Charges

  1. Prepaid Orders – ₹40 delivery charge.

  2. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders – ₹80 delivery charge.

  3. Free delivery may be offered on promotional events or bulk orders.

Delivery Areas

  1. We currently deliver across major cities and towns in India.

  2. If your PIN code is not serviceable, our team will contact you for alternate arrangements.

Failed Deliveries

  1. If the customer is unavailable at the time of delivery, our courier partner will attempt delivery up to 2 times.

  2. If the order is not received after multiple attempts, it will be marked as “undelivered” and returned to us.

  3. Re-delivery can be arranged at the customer’s expense.

Damaged or Wrong Product Delivery

  1. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please email us within 24 hours of delivery at visualvibes711@gmail.com with photos of the product.

  2. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as per our Return & Refund Policy.
